30-Day Return & Exchange

High-quality products are the core strength that enhances our brand image. Azatta matches each product with the original work of the artists accurately, furthermore, each product is fully certified as well. Please note the damage to the product rarely happens from our experience.

  • If you need a return-exchange service when receiving a damaged or wrong product, please contact us at support@azatta.com immediately and we will provide you return address via email.
  • Please note that we don't need a service charge for return but we also don't afford the shipping cost by returning.
  • We support 30-day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refund

  • We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will get a full refund in 1-3 business days. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
